'Tis The Season
Thanks to comments made on my home blog, and matching donations, 720 cans of food have been delivered to local food banks. That feels good!
Today, I delivered 33 "extra" afghans from the Share A Square program to Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth. These (the work of more than 400 volunteers from around the world) will be delivered in time for the holidays to children with cancer.
Now, it feels like the Christmas season.

I would have if I wasn't taking care of my son, he had extensive knee surgery and it's been rather rough. I haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet!! LOL

Oh, heck. I worried about delivering them, but it turned out to be nothing. The valets met me at the door and helped me take them inside. Can you believe a hospital with valet parking?
